She grabbed my arms and placed them above my head, tellling me to clasp my hands.  “Don’t move them.”  That command, that tone of voice, placed me in bondage, even without physical restraints.  She continued by describing the cuffs on my wrists, the heavy chain connecting them, looping around a metal bed frame that existed only in our minds. 

As she began to explore me with her tongue and teeth, my body twisted and my hips rose, but my hands remained in place.  Her words suspended physical reality and replaced it with a mutually created fantasy.  She ran her fingers down my body, across my belly button and between my legs.   As her fingers slid into me, I cried out and my body arched, as if drawn up by some external force.  Suspension by orgasm..
