These are the affirmations I’m using to help me navigate rough emotional waters:
I will hold my center by not giving into the negative thoughts and patterns that attempt to control me.
I will hold positive, loving thoughts rather than giving into negativity.
I will allow those voices to speak, hear them out, but not let them gain control of me.
I will breathe and feel my feet on the ground.
I will breathe and feel the love I have in abundance in my life.
I will breathe and unclench my heart, so that I can both receive and give love.
I will not let fear control my heart and the path I take.
I will acknowledge my true feelings and work toward a positive path.
I will not allow the walls around my heart to be rebuilt.
I will breathe and love and feel my true center.
